As a nationally recognized expert in compensation and benefits, I founded Murphy Strategy Group to expand my scope and help clients transform HR Operations. With deep experience as a senior compensation and benefits executive for a Fortune 250 company, I offer clients expertise in corporate benefits and compensation. As a six-year board member of the Health Transformation Alliance, I have hands-on knowledge in healthcare transformation, including necessary technology solutions for vendors and employers.
I have a track record of providing innovative approaches, using analytics, and disrupting norms to tackle complex problems. As senior vice president for compensation and benefits for Lincoln Financial Group, I developed an innovative benefits strategy that saved employees and the company more than $150 million. I also initiated a creative communications approach called “Moments that Mattered,” which featured the faces and voices of employees, improving employee engagement during a pandemic.

As a car and truck enthusiast, I like fixing things both on and off the job.
